I’m a San Antonio native with a strong commitment to helping others — whether it’s neighbors, family, or someone I’ve just met. If there’s a way to make someone’s day a little easier, I try to do it. That mindset drives how I approach every call, workshop, and client meeting.

We got into this business after seeing so many seniors enrolled in Medicare but left without answers post-enrollment. These folks were left not knowing whether they still had the right plan — or even a clear explanation of their current benefits. I am passionate about changing that. I believe everyone deserves a guide they can trust, not just during enrollment, but year after year.

What I enjoy most about this work is getting to know so many interesting people while helping seniors and their employers feel informed and confident about their Medicare coverage. With a natural gift for educating and building trust, Jade makes Medicare feel approachable, stress-free and even little bit fun.
